A Dedicated Facility for Orphans' Education
Mercy Pak is an alliance of committed people with aim to provide humanitarian assistance whenever needed with no regard to race, Color, gender or religion to foster the survival, well being and dignity of people. It is a nonprofit organization, committed to maintain low cost on health care budget of a common man. Mercy Pak was registered as society under Societies registration Act 1860 in January 2005 for the welfare of destitute at large.
MEC (Mercy Pak) is spread over 50 kanals of land and the total covered area of the complex is about 100,000 Sq ft. There are spacious playgrounds & amusement parks for the students as in the complex.
Mercy Pak is running 6 community based schools in the vicinity of Rawalpindi-Islamabad and Al-Noor Model High School (having separate section one each for boys and girls) in Muzaffarabad – Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
Services
- MEC (Mercy Pak) providing formal / informal education to around 700 students at school and vocational levels with boarding and lodging facility on free of charge basis.
- Apart from secondary education, Vocational Training Institute allows students to be trained in 4 trades i.e. Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, Auto Mobile, Electrical and Tailoring.
- MEC (Mercy Pak) School is registered with Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar; whereas Vocational Training Institute is registered with the Board of Technical Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar.
- Mercy Pak students have shown excellent results both at the school and vocational sections in the past, which is obvious born the tables of result.
